1GL bench mark and bolt on St Mary's church tower
This bench mark is well hidden below the seat of a fixed bench on the north wall of St Mary's church tower. The soft sandstone has weathered since 1851-2 when the Ordnance Survey first levelled the line from Warrington to Pembroke Docks, through Chester and Flint.
