The road junction of Kilmorey Park Road and Kilmorey Park, Hoole, Chester. It is named after the Kilmorey Family who inherited the land previously owned by Charles Hurleston Esq. Upon his death, became the property of his niece Anne, who married her second husband Henry John Needham Lord Viscount Kilmorey.

Honey Fungus (Armillaria mellea)
Honey Fungus seen in Woodlands Drive, Hoole. According to my Collins guide to Mushrooms and Toadstools the caps begin convex and later flat as seen here. They are edible but need to be cooked thoroughly to avoid tummy ache.
