Lumley Place is a stylish terrace of housing owned by the Grosvenor Estate. The houses face the Chester Visitor Centre and are close to the amphitheatre.

Attractive almshouses* in pink(?!) and yellow brick, dated c1870. The gables are filled with decorative terracotta panels. Grade II listed.
*The listing states that they are almshouses while Pevsner describes them as an "almshouse-like group of terraced houses".
