At the Cardiff Road entrance to this http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/4190660 pub and restaurant, known as The Courthouse in English. Though this sign shows the Welsh name, it shows the English spelling of the town known in Welsh as Caerffili.

Grade II listed Court House/Tafarn y Cwrt, Caerphilly
In January 2019 this is a Greene King pub set back 20 metres from a bend in the B4263 Cardiff Road. Built as a single-storey court house in the 14th century on a burgage plot next to the south gate of Caerphilly Castle.
