Sign, Vale Business Park
On the smaller-scale map this is the 'Llandow Industrial Estate'. Perhaps the name was changed to make it sound more white-collar, or to avoid confusion with the Llandow Trading Estate/Llandow Retail Park nearby. The smart signboard gives the impression that it is flourishing.

Vale Business Park near Llantwit Major
The 'Park' is a development of a World War 2 Airfield. Hard areas have been utilised to erect buildings of various types and for a variety of purposes. The grass land associated with the old airfield is farmed for cereal crops.
The buildings in this area are modern but on the perimeter of some less savoury contstructions!
