Grade II listed in 1990, this is a K6 type red kiosk of a standard design introduced by the GPO in 1936.

Two white graves in the village churchyard, Michaelston-le-Pit
The poppy wreath is on the grave of Royal Air Force Flight Lieutenant Norman Stuart Merrett of Cwrt-yr-Ala who was killed on active service on August 10th 1940 aged 28. The other grave is of Herbert Henry Merrett, Knight Bachelor of Cwrt-yr-Ala who died on October 3rd 1959 aged 72.

Church of St Michael, Michaelston-le-Pit
Another splendid medieval church in the Vale of Glamorgan. This one dates from around 1400 and was restored in the 19th century.
The church is listed as Grade 1 by Cadw whilst the lychgate is Grade II.
