This is the Windsor Road side of the police station which occupies a site on the corner of High Street. The station is part of the South Wales Police force.

Cars in Art Deco
Opposite Image is Penarth’s art deco car showroom, quite a survivor, I hope it is listed. Note the workshops are upstairs there is a ramp for cars on the outside of the building.

Newly-built High Street flats, Penarth
The flats were built in 2012 on the site of a former school on the corner of Plassey Street and High Street. On the right is a representation of a school bell, under which are the Welsh words

Windsor Lane, Penarth
Windsor Lane heads away from Windsor Road. A small name plate on the upper floor of the house shows Oakleigh Terrace, the original name of the row of houses to the west of the police station. They are now part of Windsor Road.
