The former Windsor Rd United Reformed Church, Barry, now for sale
A memorial stone in the wall was laid in 1903 by Albert Spicer Esq. J.P., the chairman of the Spicer Paper Company. In 1906 he was made Sir Albert Spicer, first Baronet Spicer of Lancaster Gate.
