Restored Southdown bus, Barry
In 2010, the annual Barry Festival of Transport was held on ground adjacent to Hood Road on Sunday June 6th. Dozens of classic cars, vintage buses and other vehicles were on display. During the day, some of the vehicles were to be seen on roads in Barry, adding an exotic element to the Sunday traffic.
The green bus is BUF 278C, a restored 1965 Leyland Titan PD3. Its Southdown fleet number was 278.
