Welcome to Drope, Vale of Glamorgan
On the western edge of the Drope Road bridge across the A4232 is the eastern boundary of the Vale of Glamorgan and the western boundary of Cardiff. Ahead is the hamlet of Drope. Drope a variant of the Old English word thorp or throp, a hamlet or village.
