Former Troedyrhiw Police Station
The disused single-storey building in Heol Afon Taf is next door to Brookside Medical Centre. http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2995216 Update 2017. The single-storey building has been transformed into a two-storey building. A shop occupies the ground floor. A holiday apartment named Station House is on the first floor.

Troedyrhiw plaque marking the birthplace of a pioneer in the treatment of tuberculosis
The plaque is on the wall at the Cwmdu Road entrance http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3032852 to Glyn Taff House, birthplace in 1883 of Sir Pendrill Charles Varrier-Jones. He was the founder of Papworth Village Settlement, predecessor of Papworth Trust and Hospital.
