Old Penrhys Road descends from Penrhys Road towards Tyntyla Avenue and Tyntyla Road. This is not a through route for motor vehicles to or from Penrhys Road because there are concrete posts across the pavement behind the camera. The posts are no barrier for walkers and cyclists.
