I don't know how many of the hundreds of car park users, dog walkers etc ever stop to read these. I always do. They are a mine of amazing information about local stuff and general stuff relating to geology, history, walks, wildlife etc.

'No motor vehicles' sign beside Sutton Rise, Ogmore-by-Sea
This sign is situated part way along the route Sutton Rise, which runs between Ogmore-by-Sea and Norton. The prohibition of motor vehicles from this point onwards is emphasised by the presence of a gate across the route just around the corner – see Image
