Class 70 locomotive at Ford, Bridgend sidings
Colas Rail class 70 locomotive No. 70812 is seen stabled at the entrance to the Ford sidings at Bridgend. It has worked a train in from Dagenham the previous evening.

Ewenny River, Waterton, Bridgend
In contrast with downstream of this view one can see that the river has been 'engineered'. The banks have been landscaped and reinforced and its course has probably been straightened to some extent.
