The notice on one of the T-Mobile cabinets here https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/6404694 states that SmartWater Forensic Systems are in use. SmartWater is a colourless liquid that can be applied to property. The contents of each bottle contain a unique chemical code which is registered to the user, positively proving ownership. SmartWater is almost impossible to remove and cannot easily be seen by the naked eye. It glows under ultraviolet light, aiding forensic investigation.

Bishop Childs, St Mellons
Bishop Childs Church in Wales primary school, Willowbrook Drive. The school opened in April 1988. The Bishop of Monmouth officially opened the school and dedicated it to the memory of Archbishop Childs on June 17 1988. Derrick Greenslade Childs was the 7th Church in Wales Bishop of Monmouth (1972-1986), and Archbishop of Wales (1983-1986). He died in 1987.
