Another of many art projects incorporated into developments as a condition of development. It is unlikely that many passing this place on route to Argos et al will take any interest in it and it will gradually crumble away for lack of maintenance or be vandalised and removed. We live in a brave new world of optimists and dreamers where dreams and vision are unappreciated by those whose lives it is intended to enrich and wasted where there are greater needs.
