Cadogan House, West Bute Street
A partly built development of apartments and a ground floor restaurant. Work had started and the existing building has been stripped back to its shell and a new extension partly constructed with foundations and steel frame in place. Construction work now appears to have stopped and the property is up for sale.

Grade II listed former Cory's Building, Bute Street, Cardiff Bay
The five-storey building on the left, on the corner of Bute Place, was built in 1889 for the Cory Brothers company, whose business included ship's chandlery, brokerage and the sale and export of coal. The company also owned several collieries in Wales. The building was Grade II listed in 1992. The former Board of Trade building in Bute Place on the right is also Grade II listed.

Kemis Cafe Bar, Cardiff
Cafe and bar at the southern end of Lloyd George Avenue. In the same building, Craft in the Bay is the permanent exhibition venue for contemporary applied art and craft, used by members of The Makers' Guild in Wales.
