Uncovering the Dock Feeder canal in Churchill Way
A new Canal Quarter is being constructed in Cardiff's city centre by the uncovering of the Dock Feeder canal. The canal, which takes water from the River Taff to Cardiff Docks, was culverted along Churchill Way in 1949 with a road built over the top of it. As work progresses, a section of the canal has now been exposed on Churchill Way, as viewed from Queen Street.
