High Street, Cardiff
The Millennium Stadium is very close to the city centre, and when there is a sporting event, the streets fill up with fans. I presume the locals are used to it.

Clock at Cardiff Central Market
Cardiff Central Market is well endowed with clocks and this large one is on the eastern entrance from St Mary's Street. There was a branch of H. Samuel nearby in the past who sponsored this clock and used it to advertise their brand of wrist watches - Everite. It was formerly lit up with neon lights but both these and the actual mechanism no longer work.
