The former Fox Inn, Great Bradley
C17 timber-framed building fronted with brick in C19. It used to be named the Fox and Goose but was renamed some time between 1888 and 1916 (see http://www.great-bradley.suffolk.gov.uk/History/pubsfox.htm ). The pub closed in 1986.

Great Bradley: The Fox
As the name suggests, this was once a public house. The Grade II listed building is older than it looks. Nineteenth-century brick cladding cases a 17th-century timber frame.

Great Bradley village sign
Located on a dangerous bend on the A1061.
An uncomplicated sign with the church of St. Mary and a fox peering out of the undergrowth. This replaces the earlier 1981 sign with was made of wood and featured similar content.
