Horse About Newmarket - Sea The Stars
Horse about Newmarket is a community art event, promoted by Newmarket Town Council to celebrate the town’s unique position as the headquarters of British Horse Racing. The horses, which have been painted by artists using the theme of Guineas winners this horse is called Sea The Stars by Frances Wray. At the end of there public display the horses will be auctioned, and the profits will be shared between two local charities, Racing Welfare and St. Nicholas Hospice. The horses, which have been painted by artists using the theme of Guineas winners this horse is called Sea The Stars by Rachel Drury. At the end of their public display the horses will be auctioned, and the profits will be shared between two local charities, Racing Welfare and St. Nicholas Hospice.
