High Street, Newmarket
Newmarket is known far and wide for horse racing but at its heart it is an attractive Suffolk market town with a population of just over 20,000. This is the busy High Street with the White Hart Hotel on the left and the post office on the right.

Horse About Newmarket - Sea The Stars
Horse about Newmarket is a community art event, promoted by Newmarket Town Council to celebrate the town’s unique position as the headquarters of British Horse Racing. The horses, which have been painted by artists using the theme of Guineas winners this horse is called Sea The Stars by Stuart Roy. At the end of there public display the horses will be auctioned, and the profits will be shared between two local charities, Racing Welfare and St. Nicholas Hospice.
