Apartment block completed in 2005 on the former gas-works site overlooking the river. Apparently it was built using a "Fusion System" of construction, whatever that may be. Asking prices for 2 and 3 bedroom flats are in the region of £475,000, and Penthouses have sold for as much as £950,000. http://www.riversideplace.info/
