The next phase - Lime Avenue
As you travel along Lime Avenue from Long Road the development progresses. This is the latest phase to be built which is opposite the new Trumpington Community College which opened for students in September 2016.

Main access road - Clay Farm development
At the time of submission the road had not been named. This will provide access off Long Road to all the new houses and new secondary school.

Trumpington; a bend in Lime Avenue
This is the main road through the northern part of the huge new Clay Farm estate east of Trumpington, Cambridge's southernmost suburb.
