Hazel Lane, Great Cambourne
This phase of development was designed and constructed by Bovis Homes Central Region. Local planning officers required all the houses here to be of the same style and built in the same materials as a contrast to the more varied designs in other earlier Cambourne phases. Pictured not long after completion in 2007.

Housing at New Hall Lane, Great Cambourne
This pair of houses by Bovis Homes Central Region was part of phase GC29. As a focal point on the road into this part of the development, the planning department insisted that they were elevated in a distinctly different 'modern' style, though inside they are the same as a standard 'Georgian' style house.
