This 19th-century building is on Fisher's Lane but faces the High Street. The iron-framed windows could just as easily have been in an industrial or a railway building.

Cherry Hinton High Street Level Crossing
The 09.20 from Ipswich, due at Cambridge at 10.39, hurries past the crossing on only the second proper blue-sky day of 2018 in these parts. The building to the right of the train is the former Cherry Hinton Station, open for only three years, 1851-4.
