This is normally a very busy road at all times of day, but during the coronavirus pandemic the section between Rock Road and Hills Road was deserted at 4.20 on a weekday afternoon.

Resurfacing Cherry Hinton Road
Overnight road repairs were still going on at twenty to eight on a Saturday morning in February. The bookie's and the phone box on the left are on the corner of Rock Road.
