A new view towards Perne Road
Behind the camera houses have been built on garden land between Perne Road and Chalmers Road. This is the approach to them from Perne Road. Half of a pair of semi-detached houses has been demolished to allow access to new houses being built on the long back gardens between Perne Road and Chalmers Road. Image] (November 2017) shows an earlier stage of the work.

Perne Road: now detached
This was once the left-hand half of a pair of semi-detached houses. The right-hand house was demolished to allow access to the long back gardens on which new houses are going up. The site was quiet on a wet Saturday afternoon.
