Marmora Road: November sunlight
In terraced streets of yellow brick the first house on this section of Marmora Road is unusual in being ashlar-faced. Beneath a carved anchor and heart between the upstairs windows are the words "Stone Cottage 1882". The row to the left, on Suez Road, is recent, but in the style of the Victorian terraces.
