Explanatory & corporate image hoardings enclosing the area of Image The "S" words occurs without explanation again here as it does at Image The plans appear to invoke natural ventilation and a gas-fired CHP plant under this heading.

Former Coal Wharf, Hills Road
The 1904 street directory shows as many as 4 coal companies based here on the edge of what was then the railway goods yards. The presence of a demolition contractor's notice suggests that this survivor will not survive much longer.
