The Church of Our Lady and St Wilfrid
A Roman Catholic church designed by A W N Pugin http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Augustus_Pugin , it is in Victorian Gothic style and has a richly decorated interior (see photo http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/4303912 ). Built in 1841 under the patronage of the Howard family of Corby Castle. The church, originally called St Mary's, is a Grade II* listed building (see English Heritage for details http://www.imagesofengland.org.uk/details/default.aspx?id=77754 ). The porch of the Presbytery, also by Pugin, is on the right.

View towards the chancel, Our Lady & St Wilfrid's Church
Designed by Augustus Pugin in the Gothic style, the interior of the church remains largely unaltered since it opened in 1841. A rood screen topped with a crucifix separates the nave from the chancel. The stone pulpit, to the right of the arch, is painted with images of Our Lady, St Paul and St Wilfrid. Photo taken on a church open day. Designed by Augustus Pugin in the Gothic style, the interior decoration of the church remains largely unaltered since it opened in 1841.
