Nos 86a (The Stables) and 86 (Burnbank) Scotby Road
Ordnance Survey records indicate that a benchmark levelled at 33.933m above Newlyn Datum was verified on the front of the houses at their junction. The mark is possibly now hidden by an abutting wooden fence

Unsold new house, The Plains, Scotby
Although completed in March 2017, a couple of the largest houses in Scotby Plains remain unsold. Phase two of the development was started late in 2017, but little work has been done to date.

The end of The Plains
... at least for now. Phase two of the small housing development in The Plains off Scotby Road appears to have stalled. Eight large and high-specification houses were built in 2017, but currently at least three of them remain unsold, and the extension of the site is on hold.
