Wooden fence on west side of Sandsfield Lane
The fence is where Prior Rigg Lane met Sandsfield Lane before the construction of the A689. Ordnance Survey documents indicate that a rivet benchmark levelled at 36.731m above Newlyn Datum was verified in 1972 on a culvert at the near end of the fence
