Swinside Lodge is a large house in farmland to the west of Derwent Water and north of Cat Bells. It's currently (October 2023) available as a holiday let.

Cat Bells Walkers Zone
The whole area is covered with signs warning you not to park on the approach to Cat Bells. Judging by the number of cars parked on the road this sunday most people ignore them
