Former Lakeside Tea Gardens, Keswick
The Lakeside Tea Gardens had stood on the site pictured for 85 years, but in 2013 the landlord, the next door Theatre by the Lake, decided not to renew the lease of its tenants and that a new restaurant and cafe development would be built on the site. In November 2014 the old building had been demolished but little other work appeared to have taken place.
