Barclays Bank in Penrith occupies a Grade ii listed building. Hoistoric England description Circa 1895. Red sandstone ashlar, 3 storeys, Tudor style. Entrance on canted angle (south corner of entrance to St Andrew's Churchyard) with Tudor-arched doorway, an upper oriel with round-headed windows on 2 storeys. Other battlemented oriels, windows with moulded stone mullions and transoms with small leaded panes and labels. Top battlements and pyramidal copper roofs over centre and angle turrets. Clock Tower, Penrith
