The following planning permissions seem to apply (both 5 July 2017) “LA04/2016/2511/F 12 No apartment in two blocks with associated works. Block 1 involves change of use from existing building (13 Wellington Park) to provide 6 No apartment, demolition of rear return and replacement with 3 storey extension. Block 2 involves construction of 6 no apartments in 3 1/2 storey block in rear of No 13, with access from Wellesley Avenue. 13 Wellington Park Belfast BT9 6DJ including lands to the rear of 13+ 15 Wellington Park located between No's 16B + 18 Wellesley Avenue and opposite No's 17 19 21 + 23 Wellesley Avenue Belfast” and “LA04/2016/2449/DCA Demolition of existing 3 storey rear return to 13 Wellington Park with partial demolition of 1 storey rear return to 15 Wellington Park. 13 Welington [sic] Park Belfast BT9 6DJ including lands to the rear of 13-15 Wellington Park Located between No's 16b and 18 Wellesley Avenue and opposite No's 17 19 21 and 23 Wellesley Avenue Belfast”.
