The junction with Melmount Road, Urney Road and Bradley Way
The road sign indicates the way to Omagh going to the right - this will be going via the through-pass, but if the traffic isn't too busy, it is just as handy to go left along Melmount Road, taking the old route, or you could go straight on via Urney Road and take a left where it intersects the through-pass.
