"KFC" opening hours sign, Belfast (January 2017)
A sign showing that the Shaftesbury Square KFC Image is open until 4am on Fridays and Saturdays – a useful amenity in an area popular with revellers. Back in the 70’s there were no revellers at that hour but any who happened to need a quick fill of hot food, around midnight, headed to “Ken’s” in Bridge End (now demolished).

This bronze map of Belfast, in King William Park, Bradbury Place, was erected in 2005 and is officially called the Belfast Wheel. It is divided into twelve segments representing different parts of Belfast (there are fifteen postal districts). It should not be confused with this wheel Image

First floor to consist of function room, kitchen and ancillary uses, 2nd, 3rd and attic floors shall comprise of 30no. hotel bedrooms which shall be linked at each floor level to the existing hotel complex at 7-21 Bradbury Place”.
