Leaves and fruit detail, Belfast
I don’t know when the building, in Bradbury Place, was constructed but it might be around the time of WW1. If that date is accurate then the inclusion of this detail is not too common. It might previously have been the site of Harveys’ fruit shop (but don’t quote me).

Nos 1-3 Botanic Avenue, Belfast (October 2016)
A building, in a style reminiscent of the GNR(I), close to the corner of Shaftesbury Square. Not listed but officially described as “A polychrome brick commercial building located on Botanic Avenue. Much changed with inappropriate shop frontage and with proportions adversely affected by continuous dormer addition. This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. A partial record only was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not worthy of a full survey.” The former Shaftesbury Square post office http://www.geograph.org.uk/search.php?i=66334922 was on the ground floor.
