No 15 is part of a terrace built between 1846 and 1852 and possibly designed by Charles Lanyon. The terrace includes gems such as Image Unfortunately this one is not quite as splendid. See alsoImage Image shows the building in October 2012.

The building from Upper Crescent. The “for sale” board refers to an auction in 2016. The agents had described the property as “The subject property comprises a 3 storey mid terrace office building, situated in a prominent position. Carpeted floors, plastered and painted walls, suspended ceilings with fluorescent strip lighting.”
