DC 1780, Ballygawley
This plaque with a date is located at the front wall of J Gormley & Sons; see Image] - DC stands for David Coulter who built it at that time. It was owned by a William Coulter, at the time the house was valued at £17.00 and was the staging post. Distances in Irish miles were measured from it.
