Currently offered for sale and described by the agents as “The site is of a generally regular configuration as outlined on the enclosed plan, finished in hard standing, with an extensive frontage of 23 metres (75 feet) onto the Ravenhill Road. The site comprises c.0.54 acres (0.21hectares) and is secured on the front elevation by a palisade fence. The site is zoned in the Draft Belfast Metropolitan Area Plan (BMAP) 2015 as “White land” and as such could be suitable for a number of uses, subject to planning”. Image is on the right.
