Carving of Alice and Mock Turtle
Characters from Lewis Carroll's "Alice In Wonderland" in Eden Villa Park, Bachelors Walk, Portadown. The carvings,by Ivan McNally, are formed, mostly from the trunks of beech trees which needed to be cut down for one reason or another. Instead of pulling the trunks out altogether, grounds maintenance staff suggested making features from them. Update These two sculptures have been irreparably damaged by vandals in May 2016

Metal Sculpture at Eden Villa Park, Portadown.
This sculpture called "Opening Doors" is alongside the entrance road to the Eden Villa Park Sports area, comprising tennis courts and an all weather pitch for Portadown Hockey Club. The key stands approximately eight foot high, is made of steel and sits on a plinth of granite that came from the old Bann Bridge. It was sponsored by local locksmith, Phillip Trouton. The modern sculpture can be resprayed any colour to keep it fresh and interesting.

Carving of Queen of Heart's Chair
One of the wood carvings by Ivan McNally in Eden Villa Park Portadown. The seat has been carved out of the stump of a tree which had been cut down because of disease. The sculpture, relates to the character "Queen of Hearts" in Alice in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll.
