Sir Robert Hart Memorial School, Charles Street, Portadown.
This school was named after Sir Robert Hart who was born in Portadown in 1835. He spent most of his adult life in China as Inspector General of the Chinese Imperial Maritime Customs from 1863 - 1908. He died in 1911 and was buried in the graveyard at Bisham on the bank of the River Thames.

St.Columba's Parish Church, Loughgall Road, Portadown
Built in 1967. The population had been growing in this area and a decision was made to re-define the boundary of the Parish of Portadown. Consequently, the Parish of St. Columba was formed.
