Apartments site, Portadown (2013-2)
See Image In common with many of the development sites currently offered for sale, this one was to have been the site of a block of apartments which was never built. Part of the previous agent’s board remains together with a drawing showing how they might have been (had they been built). This photograph appears as a matter of record only. I have no connection with any of the parties involved in the sale or the previous proposal.

Well maintained Terrace Houses
These four houses, known as Belle Vue Place, were built around 1930 on the Armagh Road, just outside the then town boundary of Portadown. The attention to detail by the Architect is reflected in the use of a "dummy chimney stack", on the left of the terrace. The photograph was taken from the grounds of Esther's Restaurant and Coffee Shop. See Image
