No 26 Sandown Road, Belfast (October 2018)
See Image the ground floor is now occupied by a hairdresser. The upper floors are now advertised as apartments. The agents’ website states “Fully modernized and renovated 1 X Bedroom apartments in the heart of Ballyhacamore [sic]. Completely new throughout, with the latest insulation, gas heating, new kitchen and double glazing. These beautifully finished units provide an excellent opportunity to secure a compact city living apartment, with everything on your door step. Both apartments will appeal to the canny investor looking for a good rental yield with low overhead costs (currently producing circa £ 7K per annum each 8% gross) or the first time buyer seeking that affordable first step on the buoyant Ballyhacamore [sic] property market”. I have no connection with the property or the agents and cannot enter into correspondence.
