Coleraine road, Portrush
Looking towards Coleraine from the Metropole corner. The snow had just stopped falling at this stage. The traffic was having great difficulty negotiating what is not a very steep incline. Because the snow was so fresh the lead vehicles were having to cut a path through it and this was proving difficult.

Redundant guest-houses
A row of guest houses (sealed off to prevent vandalism) which have been sold off to developers and will in all probability be demolished and rebuilt as "town houses or apartments". The continuing trend in this once holiday resort is for hotels/B&Bs/guesthouses to be sold off and replaced with "apartments/town houses" turning the town into a dormitory city.

In full bloom
Senecio in full bloom in the late evening sun. There are several species of bees and insects feeding off it, making a pleasant background hum as I nod off on the sun-lounger.
