London bus, Garvagh
Memories of a "Summer Holiday"? Well, no! Sadly, it wasn't the Routemaster type that was in the film - that's a common misconception (One London bus looks very much like another!). They had only been in service for 6 years at the time. It was three of these http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/664011, all masquerading as RT1881. This bus entered service in 1967, 5 years after Summer Holiday was made. You can read up the history of both types, at http://www.countrybus.org/
