Interior, St Columba's Church, Long Tower
Taken through the glass of the entrance door so as not to disturb some people at prayer near the front of the church.
There are four columns near the altar that were intended for Downhill Palace

There is a stone on the main aisle of Long Tower Church claiming that the High Altar of the original monastery church stood on the spot. Modern historians take the view that the monastery was located on or near the site of the little St Augustine's Church of Ireland inside the city walls.
